The deck measures a full 12.5 cm (almost 5 inch wide), giving you all the foot space you need for confident landings and technical tricks. Our newly developed Devil’s Wings Deck Profile – thinner, stronger, and built to reduce unnecessary material without compromising strength, paired with a heat-treated aluminum bar.   You can return your article to us by mail with the return slip. Please note the item number of the desired replacement product on the return bill.
  As soon as we have received the purchased product back from you, we will send you the desired replacement product. The difference will be credited or invoiced to you accordingly.
- How long do I have warranty on the product?
  
  If you purchased your product in the official Chilli Online Shop or in the Shop at Poststrasse 37 in Kuesnacht ZH, we will extend your warranty by 1 year free of charge.
  The warranty period is now 36 months instead of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.

- Is the scooter delivered pre-assembled?
  
  Yes, the scooter is delivered partially pre-assembled. All you need to do is attach the handlebars using the Allen key provided.
  Please ensure that you use the correct torque so that the handlebars and screws are securely fastened.
- What age/size is the scooter suitable for?
  
  We recommend the scooter for children aged 12/15 and above with a minimum height of 150/170 cm.
  This ensures that the scooter is safe and easy to use. To make sure that the scooter is suitable, we recommend taking it for a test ride in the shop. You can also find instructions on how to find the optimal scooter size here.
- What are the dimensions and weight of the scooter?
