1 YEAR WARRANTY EXTENSION

If you bought your product in the official Chilli Online Shop or in the Shop at Pelikanstrasse 38 in Zurich, we will extend your warranty for 1 year free of charge.
The warranty period is thus 36 months instead of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, it is at the discretion of MMS AG to decide whether to repair or replace products covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not cover damage attributable to:

• Accident
• Improper use or transport, negligent operation or normal wear and tear (e.g. wheel or brake wear, etc.)
• External influences (e.g. impact against kerbs, rails, road obstacles, etc.)
• Improperly carried out repairs or modifications
• Failure to observe the safety and maintenance instructions

Please keep the receipt safe. Warranty claims can only be fulfilled if an original sales receipt is presented.
The cost of returning a product for inspection is borne by the customer.
