All items are shipped immediately, if available from stock. Delivery is only within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The following delivery options are available:
- PostPac Priority (free of charge from CHF 50.00): For orders placed before 2 p.m. usually next day delivery (except for orders placed Friday after 2 p.m., Saturdays and Sundays).
- Swiss-Express "Moon" (CHF 25.00): For orders placed before 2 p.m., guaranteed delivery by 9 a.m. the following day (Monday to Saturday).

If an article is not available at short notice, you can register for the stock alert. Click on the small bell symbol at the top of the product overview, to the right of the product image. As soon as the product is available again, we will inform you by e-mail.

You can return your artilce by mail with the return slip. You will receive the return slip after the order, together with the proof of purchase, by e-mail. Please note that the item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

You can return your article to us by mail with the return slip. Please note the item number of the desired replacement product on the return bill. As soon as we have received the purchased product back from you, we will send you the desired replacement product. The difference will be credited or invoiced to you accordingly.

If you purchased your product in the official Chilli Online Shop or in the Shop at Poststrasse 37 in Kuesnacht ZH, we will extend your warranty by 1 year free of charge.
The warranty period is now 36 months instead of 24 months, starting from the date of purchase.Here you can find more information about the warranty conditions.
