Our Blue spacer sleeves for the Chilli Pro scooters have been developed to change the height of the handlebars simply and effectively by fitting the spacer sleeves between the clamp and the head tube of your scooter. This raises the handlebars by a few millimetres, giving you better control and a more comfortable riding position.
